A large-scale editorial brand built from the ground up—from visual identity to editorial systems and production.

The Challenge

Vegas Prime was launched as a high-volume, city-wide publication focused on Las Vegas culture, dining, nightlife, and entertainment. The challenge was to create a bold, recognizable editorial brand that could scale across frequent print cycles, multiple content categories, and large distribution volumes—without sacrificing consistency or quality.

My Role - Founder & Creative Director

• Defined the visual identity and editorial voice

• Designed and maintained the full magazine system

• Led layout, typography, and art direction

• Built templates and production workflows

• Oversaw consistency across hundreds of pages

• Collaborated with writers, photographers, advertisers, and printers

Editorial Design System

The magazine was built on a flexible editorial system that allowed for fast production while maintaining a consistent visual language across features, reviews, and sponsored content.

Designed to Scale

Vegas Prime was produced on a recurring schedule, requiring a design system that could adapt to new content while preserving brand consistency across every issue.
